The car market has been quite a rollercoaster over the last few years. After used car values skyrocketed during the pandemic over a global chip shortage, prices have somewhat returned to normal. Even so, there are plenty of vehicles you want to think twice about buying, knowing that their values don’t hold up as well as those of other cars.
To learn this data, iSeeCars analyzed over 1.1 million vehicles sold between November 2022 and October 2023 to look at 5-year depreciation rates. While electric vehicles suffer from the worst depreciation, it certainly isn’t the only vehicle segment worth watching out for. Keep reading to look at the 20 cars you should think twice about before parking one of them in your garage.
