With the US Navy having one of the largest submarine fleets in the world, there has to be a way to identify them best. While each submarine has a name and hull number, the United States Navy also allows each submarine to have its own emblem. 

Each emblem can be personalized to match a submarine’s name or something related to its origin. Some emblems are circular, others are oval, and others are random shapes. Regardless of the emblem’s appearance, each emblem gives every sailor on board something to brag about.
