19 Coldest Temperatures Ever Recorded Were Frigid

Even though it might seem as though the world is getting hotter, there are still plenty of areas on the Earth where the temperatures are freezing. Of course, when discussing the coldest temperatures ever to be recorded, you are not talking about your average winter chill.

Instead, you’re talking about temperatures where it’s life-threatening to be outside for more than a few minutes. You’re talking about environments where you need multiple layers to stand outside for a few seconds. With this in mind, let’s look at 19 of the coldest temperatures ever recorded in Fahrenheit.
