When you are at home on a Level 2 240V charger, the Porsche Taycan can go from 0-100% battery in approximately five hours, which is hours less than many of its closest competitors, including the Tesla Model S. 

At a DC Fast Charging station, the Porsche Taycan will recharge 10-80% of its battery in around 22.5 minutes. This is far less time than the Tesla Model S requires when using the Tesla Supercharger network. More importantly, the Porsche Taycan can hit a maximum charging rate of 270 kW compared to the maximum of 200 kW for the Tesla Model S.
