The company produces graphics cards for personal computers and workstations, motherboards, TV tuner cards, digital audio players, and other consumer electronics. Since then, Sapphire Technology Limited has made a series of GPU computer server systems targeting the blockchain and commercial cryptocurrency mining market. 

9. MSI – $3.335 billion

MSI is a Taiwanese multinational computer hardware and electronics company with headquarters in New Taipei City, Taiwan. It was founded in 1986 under the name Micro-Star International (MSI) as a manufacturer of motherboard chipsets, which has since diversified into manufacturing video cards, laptops, and gaming computers. 

The company is known for its high-end gaming and enthusiast-class laptops, as well as its high-performance motherboards, graphics cards, and professional workstations. They are also very popular and one of the largest GPU companies.

8. UNILEVER PLC (EVGA) – $119.33 billion

EVGA is a graphics card manufacturer based in California, United States. It’s a subsidiary of Unilever PLC, the multinational consumer goods company headquartered in London, United Kingdom. 

The EVGA Corporation was founded by Andrew Han, and Keith Rotchford on April 13, 1999, as a computer parts store specializing in IBM-compatible mainframes and servers using Intel microprocessors

EVGA has incorporated Nvidia products for a long time. Which led to them starting their own line of NVIDIA graphics cards with the release of the GeForce 2 way back in 2000. This would pave the way for many Nvidia products and the expansion of the company. They later introduced Nvidia branded motherboards as well as their own brand now AMD as well. Further growth was seen when crypto miners started looking for powerful GPUs, which led to a massive jump in the company’s production and sales.

7. PC Partner Group Limited – $326.50M

PC Partner Group Limited is Chinese computer hardware and electronics manufacturing company that is also one of the largest GPU companies. It was founded in 1997 and is headquartered in Hong Kong. The company has been referred to as one of the world’s largest PC makers, with products including server platforms, workstations, notebooks, desktops, laptops, and peripherals such as storage devices and power supplies.

They also manufacture graphics cards under the ZOTAC brand name which offers a full range of high-performance graphics cards from entry-level budget gaming systems all the way through to flagship enthusiast-level supercomputers capable of powering 4K resolution multi-display setups and VR Headsets. 

6. GIGABYTE – $1.9 billion

As the name suggests, ASUS is a Taiwanese multinational computer hardware and electronics company headquartered in Taipei, Taiwan. The history of ASUS can be traced back to 1989 when it was founded and the company’s name was chosen based on the last four letters of Pegasus. The name inspires creativity and innovation.

Nowadays it has more than 14,500 employees globally with an estimated market cap of $6.16 billion (as of 2022). It has become one of the largest GPU companies in Asia as well as globally, with sales expected to increase as the steady rise of demand grows.

Asus also makes motherboards, and mobile phones under its own brand name as well as OEMs and other products such as monitors, and printers from its factory situated in Taiwan but it also operates a few other factories around Asia. 

They have a few other brand names under them as well, most interestingly are UniMax. They offer a wide array of super high-tech solutions for car entertainment systems, display systems, connectivity, and safety. Most people would never realize that they are one of the leading producers of this equipment in Asian vehicles, especially economy class vehicles.

Nvidia is rapidly expanding into fields such as artificial intelligence and autonomous vehicles. 

The company was founded by Jensen Huang in 1993 with his friend Chris Malachowsky to produce graphics chipsets for arcade games at a time when PCs were not powerful enough to handle these tasks on their own yet.

The company went public in 1999 and has seen its stock price grow exponentially ever since then, thanks to increasing demand for its products across many industries today.
