Step 1: Open your Gmail account. 

Step 2: Tap on the profile icon on the top-right side of Gmail.

This works if there is only one account on that device. If there are several accounts and you want to log out of all of them, click Sign out of all accounts.

However, if you want to sign out of only one Gmail account, you will need to remove the account from other devices. Follow these steps:

Step 5: Click on the device where you want to remove your account and select Sign out.

If you want to sign out of Gmail on the device you currently use, you will need to do so on another device. For instance, if you are using your laptop and want to sign out, use your phone and remove access from that device.

Method #2: Sign Out of Gmail on Android

Signing out of your Gmail account on your phone will mean signing out of your Google account.

Method #5. Signing Out of Gmail by Enabling Two-Factor Authentication

Two-factor authentication is an extra signing-in step that adds security to your Gmail account. With this verification process, in addition to giving your username and password when logging in, you will need to enter a code via text or a call. After you add two-factor authentication, you can revoke trusted devices, which will sign you out of devices you don’t trust.
