Games are a great way to challenge yourself and get your adrenaline pumping. But as thrilling as they can be, they’re also relaxing and almost therapeutic. One example of this is Little Alchemy 2, which has been pretty popular lately. The mechanics behind this addictive free-to-play title are easy to understand. All you need to do is combine elements, two at a time. This can be done by dragging and dropping, whether you’re playing on mobile or PC. Although this can be fun, it can become surprisingly difficult once you’ve exhausted your options. Some elements, i.e., sand, clay, and stone, are relatively simpler to figure out. More difficult combinations to crack include big, space, and, for many players, the unassuming cow. If you’re unsure how to create this bovine creature, you won’t be forever. We’ve got the best solutions on how to make cow in Little Alchemy 2 here.
The Quickest Way to Make Cow in Little Alchemy 2
The process of making the cow element isn’t too obvious from the get-go. However, as far as element-making goes, it doesn’t require too many steps. Check out the method below for the lowdown on making cow.
Step 1: Combine Water and Water
Firstly, mix two water elements to get the puddle element.
Step 2: Make Pond
Do the same with two puddle elements, and you’ll be rewarded with the pond element. Simple enough!
Step 3: Create the Lake Element
This step is pretty similar. Combine one pond with another pond, and you’ll get lake.
Step 4: Make Sea
Are you sensing a theme here? Mix two lake elements to unlock the sea element.
Step 5: Where It All Started
We’re taking a trip back to the very beginnings of life itself with this step. Combine the earth element with the sea element you just made, and you’ll get primordial soup.
Step 6: Create Life
Let’s liven things up a little. Mix primordial soup with time, and you’ll get life.
Step 7: Make Land
If you combine earth with a second earth element, land is the reward.
Step 8: Create Animal
Land and life mixed together give you the animal element. A few more steps are required to turn this into cow, though. Keep going!
Step 9: Combine Air With Air
Two lots of air makes pressure, apparently.
Step 10: Make Stone
Next up, combine earth with the pressure element. This will make the stone element.
Step 11: Create Metal
If you’ve always wanted to be a blacksmith, well… this isn’t very close, to be honest. Combine fire and stone, and you’ll get the metal element.
Step 12: Make Plow
For this step, mix metal and earth, and you get the plow element. Luckily, you won’t have to do any manual labor during this game.
Step 13: Combine Plow and Earth
Once you match up the earth and plow elements, you’ll get field.
Step 14: Create the Livestock Element
If you think that you’re almost finished, you’d be correct. Combine field and animal to get livestock.
Step 15: Get the Cow Element
To finish, simply mix the livestock and field elements, and you’ll receive the cow element.
How to Make the Cow Element Without Using Time
You’ll have noticed that you needed the time element for the method we just gave you. However, this element won’t be in your arsenal if you haven’t added 100 elements to your encyclopedia yet. But if this is the case for you, there is another way. Combine two fire elements to unlock the energy element and then use this in place of the time element. Then, carry on with the method as normal.
Other Combos to Make Cow
We guarantee that the process above is the quickest way to get the cow element. But since this game is all about exploring all possible combinations, there are some other options open to you. See the table in this section for alternative combos to make the cow element. You will need the livestock element for all of these, but it’s good to know for completion’s sake.
