1. Always Forward: This option is the most appropriate for forwarding your calls. After tapping on it, put the number you wish your call to be forwarded to and Turn it On.
2. When Busy: With this option, enter the number you want to forward your incoming calls to when you are busy. 
3. When Unanswered: If you are called and missed a call, enter the number to forward to and turn it on. 
4. When Unreachable: Sometimes your phone may be on airplane mode, out of network, or switched off for some reason. Enter a phone number to forward your call if this is the case.  

Choose the most appropriate option for your case. However, these numbers might be set to your voicemail. 

Step 7: Select the Number 

The last step is to input the number you wish to forward your calls to and Turn it on. This way, you will achieve call forwarding successfully.
