Here is where you’ll either a) find an answer to your question or b) get to the chat features of PayPal’s website. If you don’t find the answer you’re looking for, and don’t want to use the community forum, scroll down and click ‘Get More Help’.

Step 4: Scroll to the Bottom

Once you click on ‘Get More Help’, PayPal will send you to a new page. This will include other ways to get in contact with PayPal, including their customer contact number if you’d like to call them. However, since you want to chat online, scroll all the way to the bottom. There, you will see an option that says ‘Contact Us’.

Step 5: Click “Contact Us”

Once you click on the ‘Contact Us’ feature, PayPal will have a pop-up chat box open. Do not click out of this window if it doesn’t load right away! Give it at least 30 seconds.

Step 6: Start Chatting

Once the chat box pops up, you can immediately start chatting with PayPal’s AI. From there, they will direct you to the right representative to help you solve your problem.
