|Bolts of Downfall
|Normal Attack: Fischl performs up to 5 rapid, successive bow shots.
Charged Attack: This attack requires a charge time to release a more precise, aimed bow shot. A fully charged arrow deals Electro damage.
Plunging Attack: Fishcl fires off a hail of arrows from mid-air before dropping down and dealing area of effect damage on impact.
|Fischl summons Oz, the Night Raven, dealing area of effect Electro damage where he lands. Oz will remain on the field for a short duration, continuously attacking enemies with Freikugel. You can hold the skill to select a more precise location for Oz’s descent.
|Oz descends to protect Fischl. Fischl will take Oz’s form for a short time, increasing her movement speed. As she moves around the field in this form, lightning will strike nearby enemies and any enemy she touches, dealing Electro damage. Each enemy can only be struck once.

A shy young man from Mondstat, Mika dreams of becoming an expert cartographer. He works under Eula in the Knights of Favonius’ Reconnaissance Company. Despite his natural bashfulness, he eventually warms up to his friends and colleagues. He values teamwork and desires a mutual knowledge exchange.
|Spear of Favonius–Arrow’s Passage
|Normal Attack: Mika performs up to 5 rapid, consecutive attacks using his crossbow and spear.
Charged Attack: This attack uses some stamina to launch Mika forward, dealing damage to all enemies in his path.
Plunging Attack: Mika jumps down from mid-air, dealing damage to all enemies along the way and area of effect damage at the point of impact.
|Mika attacks with his crossbow, granting the Soulwind effect to nearby party members, increasing their attack speed. This will have a different effect if the character is currently trapped or held.
Tap: Mika discharges a Flowfrost Arrow that pierces through enemies, dealing Cryo damage to all foes hit.

|Klee throws out an explosive that bounces three times, igniting nearby enemies and dealing area of effect Pyro damage with each bounce. It then explodes into a large field of mines that detonate when an enemy touches them or after a short delay, dealing area of effect Pyro damage.
The skill starts with 2 charges.
|Sparks ‘n’ Splash
|Klee’s normal attacks summon Sparks ‘n’ Splash for the duration of the skill, dealing area of effect Pyro damage to enemies in front of her.
|When Klee uses Jumpty Dumpty or her normal attack, she has a 50% chance to gain an Explosive Spark, causing her next charged attack to deal 50% more damage and consume no stamina.

Dubbed the “Queen of the Summer Festival,” residents of Narukami Island can’t imagine their summers without Yoimiya’s beautiful, colorful fireworks. She’s the current owner and operator of Naganohara Fireworks. Naganohara firework recipes allow Yoimiya to recreate a firework, even if she isn’t the creator.
|Normal Attack: Yoimiya performs up to 5 quick, successive bow shots.
Charged Attack: This attack requires a short charge time to release a precise, aimed shot that deals increased damage. While charging, Yoimiya will gather the power of Pyro at the arrowhead. A fully charged arrow can deal one of two levels of damage.
Level 1: The arrow deals Pyro damage.
Level 2: The arrow generates up to 3 Kindling Arrows based on the amount of time spent charging. Kindling Arrows fly as part of the aimed shot but home in on nearby enemies and deal Pyro damage on hit.
Plunging Attack: Yoimiya releases a rain of arrows from mid-air. Then she jumps down, dealing area of effect damage on impact.

|Normal Attack: Kazuha performs up to 5 rapid sword strikes in succession.
Charged Attack: This attack utilizes stamina to perform 2 quick sword strikes.
Plunging Attack: Kazuha dives down from mid-air, hitting all enemies in his path and striking the ground, dealing area-of-effect damage where he lands. If the attack was triggered by the effects of Chihayaburu, it turns into Plunging Attack: Midare Ranzan.
Plunging Attack: Midare Ranzan: This attack’s damage is converted to Anemo damage, creating a wind tunnel that sucks in nearby objects and enemies. Midare Ranzan’s damage is considered to be plunging attack damage.
|This technique pulls objects and enemies toward Kazuha before launching them, dealing Anemo damage and lifting him into the air. Within 10 seconds of being lifted by Chihayaburu, Kazuha can unleash a powerful plunging attack called Midare Ranzan.
Tap: This version can be used in mid-air.
Hold: This version charges up, dealing greater damage over a larger area of effect.
|Kazuha performs a single slash that deals Anemo damage in an area of effect in front of him. It leaves behind an area known as the “Autumn Whirlwind” that deals periodic Anemo damage.
Elemental Absorption: When Autumn Whirlwind touches instances of Pyro, Electro, Hydro, or Cryo, it will deal additional damage of that elemental type. Elemental absorption can occur once per cast of Kazuha Slash.
|When Chihayaburu touches instances of Pyro, Hydro, Electro, or Cryo, it will absorb the secondary element. If Plunging Attack: Midare Ranzan is used before this effect expires, it will deal an additional 200% of Kazuha’s attack stat as that elemental type’s damage. |Poetics of Fuubutsu
|When Kazuha triggers a Swirl reaction, he grants all party members a 0.04% damage bonus to the element absorbed for every 8 elemental mastery that he has. This effect lasts for 8 seconds. Bonuses for different elements can co-exist.
|Sprinting stamina for the whole party decreases by 20%. This bonus does not stack with other passives that grant the same effect.
This nekomata youkai, Kirara, is the sole courier handling international deliveries for the Komaniya Express in Inazuma. Her diligence in handling deliveries has brought fame and success to her company. However, she views each delivery with joy as an “outing” for herself.
Kirara is unique amongst Genshin Impact characters since she has a utility skill that makes hunting for food ingredients easier. This alone makes her a must-have for many players who can use her skill to aid their cooking reserves.

Charged Attack: This attack expends stamina to perform 3 quick claw strikes.
Plunging Attack: Kirara jumps down from mid-air, dealing damage to all enemies in her way and area of effect damage on impact.
|Tap: Kirara leaps into the air and performs a flying kick that deals area of effect Dendro damage and creates a Shield of Safe Transport. This skill also briefly infuses Kirara with Dendro.
Shield of Safe Transport’s damage absorption is based on Kirara’s maximum HP and handles Dendro damage with 250% effectiveness. Its absorption will not exceed a certain percentage of Kirara’s maximum HP plus its base effectiveness.
The remaining absorption from Shield of Safe Transport will stack with a new instance if one is created while another exists, resetting its duration.
Hold: Kirara creates a Shield of Safe Transport and enters the Urgent Neko Parcel state, allowing her to move and fight more efficiently.
Urgent Neko Parcel: Kirara deals Dendro damage to every opponent she crashes into. This damage can be triggered to each enemy once per 0.5 seconds. Her movement speed, jump height, and climbing speed are also boosted. Her climbing stamina consumption is also increased.
When the skill duration ends, or the skill is recast, Kirara unleashes a Flipclaw Strike that deals area of effect Dendro damage that is more powerful than Urgen Neko Parcel’s base attack.
Urgent Neko Parcel can last for a maximum of 10 seconds, after which the skill will automatically be put on cooldown. The longer Kirara is in the state, the longer the cooldown will be.
Sprinting or actively canceling climbing will end the state early.
|Secret Art: Surprise Dispatch
|Kirara smashes nearby enemies with a Special Delivery Package that she uses to punish people who steal others’ parcels. This package deals area of effect Dendro damage when it explodes. Then it splits up into Cat Grass Cardamoms that explode when an enemy touches them or after a short delay, dealing a second instance of area of effect Dendro damage for each Cardamom.
|Bewitching, Bewitching Tails
|When Kirara is in the Urgent Neko Parcel state, each collision with an enemy grants her 1 stack of Reinforced Packaging. She can gain a stack from each enemy hit every 0.5 seconds, up to a maximum of 3 stacks.
When Urgent Neko Parcel ends, she creates a Shield of Safe Transport for each stack of Reinforced Packaging. Shields created this way have 20% of the normal absorption rate. However, if Kirara is still protected by the original shield, they stack with Shield of Safe Transport, resetting its duration.
|Every 1,000 maximum HP Kirara possesses grants Meow-teor Kick an extra 0.4% damage, and Secret Art: Surprise Dispatch 0.3% bonus damage.
|Cat’s Creeping Carriage
|Animals that produce Fowl, Raw Meat, or Chilled Meat when killed will not startle when approached while Kirara is in the party.

|Normal Attack: Kaveh uses Mehrak to perform up to 4 (not so) quick, consecutive attacks with his claymore.
Charged Attack: This attack drains stamina over time to perform continuous slashes. At the end of the attack, Kaveh performs a powerful slash.
Plunging Attack: Kaveh plunges from mid-air, dealing damage to all enemies along the way and area of effect damage at the point of impact.
|Kaveh utilizes Mehrak’s mapping capabilities offensively by starting a radial scan that does area-of-effect Dendro damage to all enemies within the scan’s radius. It will also scan Dendro cores in the area and cause them to burst instantly.
|Kaveh unleashes Mehrak’s full offensive potential, creating a cubic scanned space that deals area of effect Dendro damage to all enemies within it. It also grants Kaveh the following offensive buffs for 12 seconds:
Kaveh’s normal, charged, and plunging attacks are converted to Dendro damage and can’t be overridden.
Dendro Cores created by your party deal bonus damage when they burst.
Kaveh’s interruption resistance is increased.
These effects are canceled if Kaveh is removed from the active party member slot.
|An Architect’s Undertaking
|When damage from a Dendro Core is dealt to Kaveh (including Hyperbloom and Burgeon damage,) he regenerates HP equivalent to 300% of his elemental mastery. He can regain health this way every 0.5 seconds.
|A Craftsman’s Curious Conceptions
|While Painted Dome is active, Kaveh’s normal, charged, and plunging attacks increase his elemental mastery by 25. He can gain a stack of this effect every 0.1 seconds, up to a maximum of 4 stacks. This effect will be purged if Painted Dome ends.
|The Art of Budgeting
|When Kaveh crafts Building, Landscape, and Courtyard-type furniture, he has a 100% chance to refund some of the materials used.
A skilled professional diver, Freminet prefers not to hog the spotlight. However, he’s content to simply follow his orders. His happy place is underwater, with the plankton and flowers.
|Normal Attack: Freminet performs up to 4 (not so) fast, consecutive strikes with his claymore.
Charged Attack: This attack drains stamina over time to do a spinning attack against all nearby enemies, dealing area-of-effect damage.
Plunging Attack: Freminet drops down from mid-air, hitting all enemies in his path and dealing area-of-effect damage when he hits the ground.
|Freminet performs an upwards thrust, dealing area-of-effect Cryo damage and entering the Pers Timer state for 10 seconds. While in the Pers Timer state, this skill becomes Shattering Pressure.
Shattering Pressure: The effect of Shattering Pressure changes depending on the Pers Timer level.
Level 0: The attack deals Cryo damage.
Level 1–3: The attack deals Cyro and physical damage, scaling with the Pers Timer level.
Level 4: The attack deals physical damage and replaces Flowing Eddies with Shattering Pressure.
Pers Timer: When Freminet uses his normal attack, he also lets loose a blast that deals Cryo damage and increases his Pers Timer level.
Arkhe: Pneuma: Sometimes after using Pressurized Floe or Shattering Pressure, Freminet will release a Spiritbreath Thorn in the form of a second upward thrust, dealing Pneuma-aligned Cyro damage.
|Freminet deals area of effect Cryo damage and resets the cooldown of Pressurized Floe. He also enters the Subnautical Hunter state for 10 seconds.
Subnautical Hunter: Freminet has increased interruption resistance and Pressurized Floe gains several buffs. First, Pressurized Floe’s cooldown decreases by 70%. Normal attacks will also cause Freminet to gain 1 Pers Timer level and the Cryo damage blast deals 200% damage during this state.
These effects end if Freminet is no longer on the field.
|Saturation Deep Dive
|When Freminet uses Pressurized Floe and Pers Timer’s level has not yet reached 4, Pressurized Floe’s cooldown is reduced by 1 second.
|When Freminet triggers the Shatter effect on an opponent, the damage from Presurized Floe: Shattering Pressure increases by 40% for 5 seconds.
|Aquatic stamina consumption is decreased for the whole party by 35%. This buff does not stack with other passives that provide the same bonus.
Though typically a reserved and quiet girl, Lynette acts as a magician’s assistant for her brother Lyney. After her parents’ death and her rescue from an abusive noble by their “Father,” Lynette now moonlights as the eyes and ears of Fotaine’s House of the Hearth.
|Normal Attack: Lynette performs up to 4 rapid strikes with her sword.
Charged Attack: This attack uses stamina to perform 2 quick sword strikes.
Plunging Attack: Lynette jumps down from mid-air, damaging all enemies in her path and striking the ground to deal area of effect damage.
|Lynette performs an Enigma Thrust, dealing Anemo damage. When it hits an opponent, it will restore her HP based on her max HP. For 4 seconds afterward, she will lose HP per second.
Tap: Lynette uses her Enimga Thrust.
Hold: Lynette enters the Pilfering Shadow state, increasing her movement speed and marking a nearby enemy with the Shadowsign effect. You can control Lynette’s direction as she moves in the this state, and cancel it early by recasting the skill.
When Pilfering Shadow ends, Lynette will execute an Enigma Thrust. If there’s a nearby enemy with Shadowsign, she will approach them in a flash before she attacks. Only one opponent can have Shadowsign at a time, and Shadowsign will end if the enemy gets too far from Lynette.
Arke: Ouisa: Every so often, when using Enigma Thrust, Lynette will unleash a Surging Blade dealing Ouisa-aligned Anemo damage.
|Magic Trick: Astonishing Shift
|Lynette deals area of effect Anemo damage and summons a Bogglecat Box.
Bogglecat Box: The box taunts nearby enemies, drawing their attacks to itself. It deals repeated, periodic Anemo damage to enemies.
Elemental Coversion: When the Bogglecat Box touches instances of Hydro, Pyro, Cyro, or Electro, it takes on the element that it came into contact with. It will also fire Vivid Shots that deal damage of that elemental type. Elemental Coversion can occur only once per cast of Magic Trick: Astonishing Shift.
|Within 10 seconds of using Magic Trick: Astonishing Shift, if the party is composed of characters of 1/2/3/4 elements, their attack stat will be boosted by 8%/12%/16%/20%.
|Props Positively Prepped
|When the Bogglecat Box performs an Elemental Coversion, Lynette’s Elemental Burst deals 15% more damage for the rest of its duration/
|Lynette shows the location of recovery orbs on the minimap, and the aquatic stamina and HP recovered increases by 25%.
One of the newer Genshin Impact characters, the House of the Heart a. This turn of fortune came after his parents’ death and his rescue from an abusive nobleman. Now Lyney has the title of Fontaine’s “Great Magician.” However, rumors state that Lyney will one day take over the House of the Hearth himself and become its “Father.”
|Card Force Translocation
|Normal Attack: Lyney performs up to 4 rapid, successive shots with his bow.
Charged Attack: This attack uses a charge time to perform a precise, aimed shot that deals increased damage. While charging, Lyney will gather the power of Pyro at the arrowhead, executing special effects depending on how long he spent charging the shot.
Level 1: The arrow deals Pyro damage.
Level 2: It becomes a Prop Arrow that deals Pyro damage and summons a Grim-Malkin Hat.
If Lyney has more than 60% HP when he fires a Prop Arrow, it will consume some of his HP to gain a Prop Surplus stack up to a maximum of 5 stacks. The effect is removed after Lyney is out of combat for 30 seconds. Lyney cannot drop his health lower than 60% with his effect.
Grim-Malkin Hat: The hat taunts nearby enemies, drawing their attention and fire. Each enemy can only be taunted once per 5 seconds. It inherits a portion of Lyney’s maximum HP. If destroyed, or if its duration ends, it sets of a Pyrotechnic Strike at a nearby enemy, dealing Pyro damage.
Only 1 Grim-Malkin Hat can exist at a time.
Plunging Attack: Lyney discharges a rain of arrows from mid-air. Then he drops down hits the ground, dealing area-of-effect damage.
Arkhe: Pneuma: Periodically, Prop Arrows will create a Spiritbreath Thorn that drops down on its target location and deals Pneuma-aligned Pyro damage.
|Lyney consumes all of his Prop Surplus stacks, dealing area of effect Pyro damage in front of him. The amount of damage dealt is based on the number of stacks cleared, and it also heals him for a portion of his maximum HP.
When a Grim-Malkin Hat is also present on the field during the skill’s use, the hat will explode dealing area of effect Pyro damage equivalent to a Pyrotechnic Strike. The damage from the Grim-Malkin Hat is considered to be Charged Attack damage.
|Wondrous Trick: Miracle Parade
|Lyney transforms into a Grim-Malkin Cat, allowing him to move more swiftly. When he encounters an opponent, he will rain down fire, dealing, at most, a single instance of Pyro damage.
When the duration ends, he dismisses the Grim-Malkin Cat, igniting fireworks that deal area of effect Pyro damage, summoning a Grim-Malkin Hat, and granting himself 1 Prop Surplus stack.
You can actively cancel Grim-Malkin Cat by recasting the skill.
|If Lyney utilizes HP when discharging a Prop Arrow, the Grim-Malkin Hat summoned by the arrow will restore 3 energy and increase its damage dealt by 80% of Lyney’s attack on hit.
|Lyney deals 60% more damage to enemies affected by Pyro. Every Pyro party member other than Lyney increases this damage by another 20%. Lyney can deal up to 100% bonus damage with this skill.
|Lyney displays the location of resources local to Fontaine on the minimap.
While not yet released, MiHoYo confirmed Dainslef as a future playable character. He also happens to have blonde hair.
